Post-Maternity Leave Leadership Coaching (1:1)
Return to work with practical tools, clear boundaries, and steady confidence built for the new realities and priorities of life.
What We’ll Do Together
This is practical, structured 1:1 coaching for individuals returning to work after maternity or parental leave. Together, we’ll build:
Clarity on what matters now and how to navigate the workplace.
A prioritisation system you’ll actually use, whether you’re planning your return or you’ve be back for a while.
Boundary language that feels clear, confident and authentic.
A plan to rebuild credibility and visibility without defaulting to burnout.
A grounded professional identity, integrating who are you now as a parent and a leader.
How It Works
Get Clear
We clarify expectations, success metrics, and what’s changed (role, team, stakeholders). You’ll leave with a practical plan and a clear definition of what “good” looks like for you right now.
Protect Your Capacity
We build your prioritisation and boundary system (meetings, scope, availability, communication), so you can protect your time and stop work from expanding into life.
Move Forward with Confidence
We create a visibility and momentum plan that feels sustainable, so you’re not relying on overwork to stay on track.
Rediscover Your Professional Identity
We reconnect you to your strengths and values, and define how you want to lead now. You’re not the same person you were before, and that can be an advantage.

About Me
I’m a leadership and professional development coach (ICF-certified PCC) with an MBA from INSEAD and an MA from Johns Hopkins SAIS, bringing over 15 years of experience in global finance and technology. I’ve held leadership roles and advised senior stakeholders at organizations such as Goldman Sachs, RBC, and Manulife, as well as at high-growth startups in San Francisco and London. Today, I coach executives and senior leaders across industries, helping them navigate high-stakes decisions, transitions, and complex challenges with clarity and confidence.
I’m also a parent of a young child, which gives me a grounded understanding of the practical realities of the returning to work post-maternity leave.
Throughout my career, I’ve led teams and partnered with leaders across Europe, North America, and Asia. I work with high-performing professionals at pivotal moments—whether they’re stepping into bigger roles, driving organizational change, or seeking greater alignment between their values and their work. My coaching focuses on executive presence, influential communication, navigating career crossroads, and building a sustainable rhythm between work and life.
I founded Base Pace on the belief that leadership growth shouldn’t come at the expense of wellbeing. True leadership is grounded in self-awareness, intentional action, and momentum that aligns with what matters most. I partner with clients to uncover their strengths, stretch their perspective, and move forward at a pace that’s both challenging and sustainable.
I believe coaching should be creative and fun. As a coach, I hold the coachee as naturally creative, resourceful and whole. My job as your coach is to ask thoughtful questions, listen and empower you to bring out the skills and creativity you already possess and to help you to get moving in whatever area you want to see progress, at a pace that works for you… I will help you find your base pace. If this is what you are looking for, let’s talk.
