The Return Engagement — $2,200
Six 1:1 sessions: across 10–12 weeks, spanning your final weeks of leave through your first months back. Includes async support between sessions and all program worksheets.
Outcome: you return with a plan for your first 90 days, language for renegotiating scope and boundaries, and confidence that doesn't depend on pretending the transition is easy.
